Who we are.
Bryan is an accomplished NYC based Musical Theatre performer and singer. Having performed in over 40 shows, many of them professional, Bryan is well versed in the musical theatre genre, and has been performing a cappella since the age of 14, first with his own group 50/50, and since with other groups in college. A member of the original cast of Frank Wildhorn's For the Glory, Bryan has a deep, soulful baritone/bass voice, equally at home in opera, musical theatre, jazz, or pop. His commanding presence on stage allows him to stand out in even the most personality-filled groups.

An avid pop aficionado and the youngest member of the group, Bryan brings a modern sensibility and an energetic youthfulness to the group. Along with Del, Bryan is one of the two "troublemakers" of the group, and hey are forever interrupting rehearsal with one joke after another. Bryan is never afraid to try new things. Bryan is also a proud member of Actor's Equity, having just received his card from the Theatreworks/USA show Freedom Train. You can learn more about Bryan and his endeavors at www.bryanguffey.com

Del is a very versatile performer, sporting an almost 4-octave range along with the ability to sing every vocal part, much to the chagrin of his female colleagues. His incredibly complex vocal percussion is seamlessly blended with an old school style beatbox sound.¬Ý Del has the uncanny ability to mimic a variety of instruments and even bust out a mind-blowing scat solo. If that’Äôs not enough, he is also a skilled professional vocal arranger. His unique style of arranging is a big part of the architecture of the RIALTO sound.¬Ý Del has dedicated the past 15 years to performing, arranging, and studying a cappella.¬Ý He has performed professionally on board Celebrity Cruises as a member of ’ÄúMETRO’Äù, an a cappella quartet that performed a variety of styles for passengers in the Caribbean.

His career in a cappella has taken him all over the country from Universal Studios and Walt Disney World in Orlando to the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles to the upper Midwest where he is a frequent sub for the professional a cappella group, ’ÄúFOUR SHADOW’Äù. He also subs with the National Touring a cappella group, ’ÄúBLUE JUPITER’Äù. Del is also no stranger to Musical Theatre. He has performed in SOUTH PACIFIC, LIL’Äô ABNER, HELLO, DOLLY and PAINT YOUR WAGON as well as several murder mysteries, and cabaret-style dinner theatre productions.
Carly’Äôs love affair with music and theatre began at the tender age of five, when she performed in her first show, ’ÄúThe King and I.’Äù She studied theatre and music throughout grade and high school. In addition, she studied piano for seven years, and voice for three while a young adult. Carly has an extensive background as both a director and an actress including performing the role of ’ÄúGwen,’Äù in a musical entitled ’ÄúChance at Love’Äù, written by Ryan Cunningham. Chorally, she studied and performed for four years with three different choirs while at Providence College, toured Europe in 2005, singing in Canterbury Cathedral and Notre Dame, and performed on other tours in the United States with the Providence College choirs. She also sang Handel’Äôs ’ÄúMessiah’Äù and performed in ’ÄúLessons and Carols’Äù annually. No stranger to a cappella, Carly performed with Providence College’Äôs only Co-Ed A cappella group ’ÄúStrictly Speaking’Äù for four years. There she served as Business Director for one year, and Musical Director for two. After college Carly sang with a semi-professional group in New England called ’ÄúSave Webster.’Äù She served as business director/booking agent as well as the group’Äôs sole female member. Carly is thrilled to be a part of Rialto as both Business Manager and singer.
Carey i realized her love for singing was going to take over her life at a very early age. Growing up close to NYC, she frequented Broadway theatre with her family and developed a severe case of ’ÄòI-can-do-that’Äô syndrome. Throughout high school and beyond, she played many leading roles in theater productions ranging from an amateur to a professional level, as well as singing in and arranging for 2 different A Cappella groups. She has also been the featured vocalist for multiple choirs, and the lead singer for three different bands covering styles such as rock, folk, blues and originals. Carey attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, majored in professional music with emphasis on business, performance and teaching, and graduated with honors in 1999. In the summer of 2005, Carey released her first CD independently, ( www.careyyaruss.com ) and came in second place in the CT Idol competition. Currently, Carey is a back up singer and featured soloist for renowned tenor, Michael Amante. Having moved to the big city just 6 months ago, Carey is ecstatic that she has quickly begun to carve her way in New York’Äôs music scene, and she is thrilled to be back in the A Cappella scene with her new Rialto family.

Chris comes from a very musical family. His father is the Director of
Music and Liturgy at one of the biggest catholic churches in Central
Florida. There was always singing in the house. Whether it was his
father teaching voice lessons, or practicing for the christmas morning
mass, a voice was always heard. He knew music was going to be a huge
part of his life. Just graduated from New World School of the Arts in
Miami, FL with a BFA in Music Theatre, Chris is living in New York
City ready to make it all happen. He has been in many theatrical
productions such as Parade, Into the Woods, 42nd Street, The Crucible,
Peter Pan, just to name a few. His first passion is singing. Since the
age of 6, he has been singing at church, in choirs, in fundraisers, in
a barbershop quartet, and won many awards for his talent. He has
amazing friends and family that keep him strong in the struggles of
life, but the other part that does that is music. Music is his heart
and soul. He is privileged to be working with such an amazingly
talented group of people.
